Nice to meet you.

I’m Luke

B. Psych (Honours), M. Psych (Clinical)

I’m a Clinical Psychologist, and a Board Approved Supervisor, who grew up in Coffs Harbour and now split my time between Sydney and supporting clients across Regional NSW via secure telehealth. I work most often with anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, and chronic pain and work-related stress/injury.

I completed a Bachelor of Psychology (1st Class Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the Australian National University, then began my career in acute and community mental health services in Sydney. I’ve facilitated DBT groups and supported people navigating complex trauma.

My practice draws on evidence-based, trauma-informed care, including Schema Therapy and EMDR. I also work extensively in chronic pain, currently with the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital chronic pain service—where treating the mind, body, values, and identity together is central to improving function and quality of life.

Clinically, I’m collaborative and compassionate. Therapy works best when it honours both acceptance and change—making space for what we can’t control while helping you move toward a life guided by meaning, purpose, and personal values.

Common presentations:

  • Anxiety & Depression — worry, low mood, burnout, sleep issues

  • Trauma & PTSD — intrusive memories, hyper-vigilance, avoidance

  • Chronic Pain & Work Stress — flare cycles, pacing problems, return-to-work support.
