Our Services

A Compassionate, open and practical approach to life’s many challenges.

What does therapy look like

We understand that everyone comes to therapy with different experiences, challenges and hopes for change. Our approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

We work with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions and adjustment difficulties, with additional expertise in chronic pain, injury and health-related concerns.

Therapy is tailored to you and draws from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness-based approaches. Depending on your needs, therapy may help you better understand difficult thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping skills, process traumatic experiences, and reconnect with the people and activities that matter to you.

For those living with persistent pain or injury, we also provide specialised psychological support focused on improving coping, confidence, functioning and quality of life.

While many clients benefit from six to twelve sessions, every treatment plan is tailored to ensure the approach aligns with personal goals. Standard 50-minute consultations are $285 in person.

What will happen in a session?

01. Initial Assessment

Your therapy journey begins with a thorough initial assessment to understand your concerns and develop a personalised treatment plan.

02. Set Goals Together

We’ll work collaboratively to understand what matters most to you and identify realistic, meaningful goals that reflect your needs.

03. Work Towards Change

In each session, we’ll explore your experiences, develop practical skills and try new strategies that fit your needs, life and values.

04. Review and Move Forward

We’ll regularly review your progress, adapt therapy as needed, and help you build the confidence and skills to maintain positive changes beyond therapy.
